Students: Write the Song for NZ Music Month 2015!

December 17th 2014
Entries for Hook, Line & Sing-a-long 2015 are now open at www.hooklineandsingalong.com

The NZ Music Commission, MENZA and MusicWorks are proud to sponsor Hook, Line & Sing-a-long - when schools all over New Zealand celebrate NZ Music Month with a song. It could be yours!

For the past 5 years, Hook, Line & Sing-a-long has produced classics like "21 Degrees" and last year's winner, "Islands," loved by students all over the country.

The winning song will be an anthem about living in New Zealand that students of all ages can sing. All students who will be enrolled in school in 2015 are eligible to enter.

The winners will record their song in a professional studio and receive a $500 voucher from MusicWorks. There is a $500 voucher for the winning school too!

To enter and for terms and conditions, go to www.hooklineandsingalong.com. You'll also find resources for writing a winning song.
