The New Zealand Music Commission presents The Black Seeds and Electric Wire Hustle in Frankfurt. The event on the 23rd of August at Batschkapp in Frankfurt kicks off 4 days of music from NZ.
The Black Seeds are currently on a European tour in support of their new album "Dust and Dirt" as well as fellow compatriots who are also touring Europe, Electric Wire Hustle. Both bands will also play the Sziget Festival in Budapest, Hungary which is one of the biggest festivals on the planet attracting over 300,000 people over the week long event.
New Zealand is the Country of Honour at this years Museumsuferfest in Frankfurt, and will be showcasing the best of our cuisine and culture on a prime site on the riverbank in the middle of Frankfurt. The site will include a performance stage as well as food, wine, education and trade stalls. Traditional and contemporary Maori and Pacific performers, cultural demonstrations and contemporary New Zealand music will be on show.
