APRA AMCOS New Zealand this week releases ‘Music Box 2014' - a selection of songs from the New Zealand Children's Music Awards.

The Children's Music Awards celebrate the storytellers, the rhymers, the singers and groovers who write the songs that ignite a love for music in kiwi kids.

‘Music Box 2014' celebrates the top songs from the genre and 15 tracks are free to download for the month of August from the APRA AMCOS website.

APRA head Anthony Healey says "Help us spread the word about world class Children's Music produced here in New Zealand; by downloading a copy of Music Box for the little people in your life."

The songs from Music Box will also feature on Kiwi Kids; The Radio Network (TRN)'s recently launched iHeartRadio station. Kiwi Kids is a station dedicated to playing music for children from the ages of two to six years. Both APRA AMCOS and iHeartRadio are excited about this station as it is a place where children, parents and teachers can enjoy music at no cost that is fun and offers variety.

Carolyn Luey, Head of iHeartRadio is particularly excited about the launch of Kiwi Kids Radio. "As a Mum and someone who loves music, I am excited that there is a station full of music with catchy rhymes. iHeartRadio's Kiwi Kids is a one stop shop for music for my children and for any family that never want to hear the 'Frozen' theme song again!" laughs Luey.

"The station is absolutely free and can be found at http://www.iheart.com/live/kiwi-kids-6611/."

The 2014 Children's Music Awards were presented live on What Now, Sunday 20th July. The winners are:
