Ngā mihi o te raumati! Summer greetings from Aotearoa.
Welcome to our bumper (Southern Hemisphere) summer edition! We’re kicking 2026 off with our biggest International Newsletter to date. Since the last issue, we’ve had all kinds of international updates from Aotearoa artists – from exclusive cover features to multiple world tour announcements.
Before we dive in, first up we’re taking a quick moment to recap the mammoth year that was; 2025 saw some tremendous milestones and growth for NZ artists on the global stage. We’re anticipating 2026 to be even bigger, and judging by all the news, you’ll see why.
If you’re already missing holiday feasting, you’re in luck – we’ve prepared a sizeable helping of Soundbites, topped off with our International Gig Guide coming in at a whopping twelve pages featuring 73 artists from Aotearoa.
Thank you for supporting NZ music from wherever you are in the world – we can’t wait for the year ahead!
