Jack Bromwich‘s ‘Hound‘ is gritty, honest, deeply moving and will leave the listener craving more.

Jack Bromwich is an indie-rock solo artist currently based in Pōneke, Wellington. Having played numerous shows across the country, Bromwich’s sound evolves with every release. Following the release of his debut EP Poser, Freak with critical acclaim from the student radio network and local music journalists, Bromwich’s voice has started to spread around the national music scene, taking the hearts of listeners. He plans to release his debut album hairscene in February 2027.

After the successful release of the lead single of the album ‘sinking boat‘, in June 2026, Bromwich returns with the next single ‘hound’. The song was inspired by home recordings of John Frusciante, pairing driving drum machines with gritty guitar layers and harsh lyrical material.
