Adult Friends pick up the pace on their latest track ‘Bunnyman’ with blisteringly fast drums, walls of guitar noise and thick, distorted bass. ‘Bunnyman’ is a thriller flick you want to look away from but simply can’t.

If Adult Friends’ last song ‘Smart People’ was a take on 90’s alternative loud-quite dynamics, ‘Bunnyman’ is a more relentless post-hardcore belter, reminiscent of bands like At the Drive In.

‘Bunnyman’ was written in the wake of a bad experience on LSD. It’s about the insanity of fretting for your life over a hallucination; then top it off with a sense of irony when you discover behind the horrific guise is actually a good friend. It’s as the chorus goes: “the bunnyman is just Dan”.
