The enigmatic Son Salut has joined forces with painspeople (John Pain of Hallelujah Picassos/ Black Girls Machine/ The Nudie Suits), and their stylistic mix will soon come to fruition in Trips vs Machines, Son Salut‘s first EP release, after a run of singles.

‘Trips Inside Your Mind’ captures a psychedelic journey through an evening of half-remembered events infused with mind-expanding Dub-Rock sounds – topped off by a dose of 1950s US Government drug propaganda. There’s a sense of spooked-out unease; not something they enjoy, but when it happens it can’t be ignored.
