Boosted x Moana Headed to Te Waipounamu This August!

Boosted, Aotearoa New Zealand’s only Arts-specific crowdfunding platform, is hitting the road in partnership with Creative New Zealand to present a workshop series focused on helping pasifika creatives harness the power of crowdfunding to get their arts projects funded.
Boosted X Moana is an initiative by Creative NZ and The Arts Foundation aiming to champion and support the Tagata Moana Arts in Aotearoa: growing awareness, building fundraising capability among Pasifika creatives, fostering community, and ultimately – helping Pasifika creatives make more art! Boosted X Moana offers match-funding, $3,000 unlocked dollar by dollar, to pasifika creatives who are raising money for their arts project on Boosted.
WHAT IS ON OFFER IN 2024
– Year-round funding for Pasifika projects, not just a month.
– More funding than ever! We have $150k, broken into 50x 3k match funds – available on a first-in first-served basis.
– If you’re doing a climate-related project, you can double-dip for 6k of match-funding.
– A Tagata Moana mentor onboard our Boosted team for year-round support.
Everyone is welcome, you don’t just need to be a Pasifika creative to crowdfund on Boosted. There will be kai provided, so we would love to see everyone there!
