Ha the Unclear are excited to announce their New Zealand tour this June and July to celebrate the release of their album A Kingdom in a Cul-de-sac.

A Kingdom in a Cul-de-sac has been celebrated by critics and music fans worldwide, Télérama called the album “irresistible”, Rolling Stone AU/NZ praised the “hook-laden, vocally rich material”, Tony Stamp (RNZ) called it “cheerfully oblivious but secretly smart” and Muzic.net.nz called A Kingdom in a Cul-de-sac “inspiring!” and now it is Aotearoa fans turn to enjoy the album live.

“This album is an immense release for us, we feel like it represents a good chunk of who, how, and what the band is about” share the band “and playing live is such an important part of our music, expressing these songs and releasing their energy in a room with other people.. here at home.”

The NZ tour follows the international release of their album, and a series of well-received shows in their label-home, France.

“We played iconic venues in Paris and Nantes and the response was really heartening. It was so nice for us to connect with French audiences and their endearment to New Zealand was warming.”

The album release shows will feature exciting new releases Fish, cover of iconic 80s French number ‘C’est Comme Ça’, ‘Alchemy’,‘Mind and Matter’, alongside crowd favourites including ‘Growing Mould’ and ‘Secret Lives of Furniture’.
