Kloey Announces Release of Highly Anticipated Debut Single ‘Black Cat’

After years of growth and dedication to her craft, Kloey is thrilled to finally release her highly anticipated debut single, ‘Black Cat’

This captivating new track promises to tug at your heartstrings, blending soft indie pop with rich storytelling elements of folk and the dreamy sonic textures of alternative dream pop. The backbone of ‘Black Cat’ is a finger-picked acoustic guitar, which, paired with cinematic crescendos, ethereal tones, and atmospheric samples of rain and city sounds, creates a soothing and harmonious aesthetic.

Lyrically, the song explores the complexities of a person who mirrors the elusive nature of a “black cat”—highlighting the loneliness that comes from chasing after those who don’t feel as deeply as you do. ‘Black Cat’ captures a universal sense of longing, loss, and feeling disconnected from the norm, resonating with anyone who has experienced emotional distance or unrequited love.

With this release, Kloey introduces herself as an artist to watch, weaving intimate emotions and atmospheric soundscapes into a powerful debut single.
