My Cosmic Girl emerges as a breath of fresh air in the world of Americana Folk Rock. Comprising of 5 members, Ella Doty (lead vocals, guitar), Toby Sussex (lead guitar, vocals), Oliver Grant (bass), Elvis Arthur (keys), and Jackson Kidd (drums), the band oers a captivating take on the sounds of mid-century Americana Folk with a contemporary twist. Produced by Robbie Pattinson (Sofia Machray) & Mastered by Mike Gibson (Munki Records).

Formed in 2021, My Cosmic Girl found its roots in the creative chemistry between founding members Ella and Elvis. Their debut single ‘Frenchie‘ drew in Oliver, Jackson, and Toby, igniting a musical journey marked by infectious energy and heartfelt lyricism.

Their latest single ‘Help It‘ offers a glimpse into Ella’s personal journey. Written during a bout of thought to be seasonal depression, the song’s melancholic lyrics are juxtaposed with the band’s signature upbeat sound adding to the optimism of the tale. Ella’s revelation that her struggles stemmed from an iron deficiency adds an ironic and humorous twist to the narrative.

As they prepare to release their debut EP, My Cosmic Girl invites listeners on a journey through the highs and lows of life, promising an experience that is both authentic and uplifting.
